Instructions
Click thumbnail image to open the wallpaper in a new window. Then:

Internet Explorer: Right Click on the image and select "Set as Background."
Firefox: Right click on the image and select "Set As Desktop Background."
Safari: Control click on the image and select "Save Image to the Desktop." Add the image to your desktop using the Desktop & Screensaver System Preferences.

Icons

Instructions
Right click on your desired IM icon. Select "Save Image As" and save the icon to your desktop.
